Don Pasquale
'Lake George Opera at Saratoga’s “Don Pasquale” a light-hearted good time. LGO’s production was all fun and froth. …the large crowd enjoyed the hijinks and applauded and cheered loudly after the many big arias. The small cast, which was evenly balanced in vocal and acting capabilities, was in high spirits.'
- Geraldine Freedman for the Schenectady Gazette
'“Don Pasquale” is a fun, farcical, well-sung opera. Lake George Opera at Saratoga opened its second production of the season Friday evening, causing laughter and chuckles and much admiration of the talented singers and musicians performing on – and above- Spa Little Theater’s stage. The production was directed by Nelson Sheely, a regular with LGO, who is an expert at directing comedic timing and permits no awkward moments or pauses.'
- Judith White for The Saratogian
